RAMADHAN RELIEF PROGRAM AT MUGEZA DISABLED SCHOOL.

On this day TAHO visited students at Mugeza disabled school to share a hand of relief in this holy month of Ramadhan. The students were kind and humble to every one despite of their disabilities.

As we arrived, we saw a child with albinism guiding a way to a blind girl, while the blind girl was holding a hand of another blind boy. Then we realized they all depend on and love each other despite their difficulties.

During the time of conversation with the students, Dr. Amin Kweyamba from TAHO provided a word of hope to them: "You are very wonderful children. Though you are experiencing challenges with your body abilities, you can still study and make wonders just like any other student out there.

Don’t feel bad that you have been confined in this area, still there are many kind people who are ready to share their happiness with you and one of them is our friend Thomas Marsh from California United Stated of America.

He (Tom Marsh) was here on October 2016, he brought you gifts such as hats, sunscreen, glasses and sandals. So we are here today to represent him on Iftar (food) distribution and he also wants you to know that he loves you so much and he hopes to meet you again in the near future once he gets an opportunity, GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

The students were happy to hear a word of hope and in return they showed their appreciation by singing a beautiful song, explaining about humanity, their need for being cared and loved.

The song that touched the heart of everyone and it was really sad!

Lastly we distributed food rations to the students, say a word of goodbye and promise to come back to celebrate Eid Festival (Mubarak) with them.

You can join us in organizing various kind of visits to these children through your donations and contributions.

When you donate to the trust, 100% of your donation goes towards funding projects that change people's lives (and the lives of those  who love them).
